What do I need to make a reservation for an airport pick up?

Have your flight itinerary handy and include airline and flight number in notes in the booking engine – that way you will get a confirmation instantly.

What airports do you serve?

We serve Liberia airport and San Jose international airport every day with prebook reservations year around.

What is the maximun number of passengers on a regular private airport transfer service?

5 passengers can travel with the regular rate, any extra passenger pays $8. We do not put more than 10 pax in our 16 pax minibuses to run a comfortable ride.

What hours do you operate?

Our drivers honor airport shuttle reservations from 4 .30 am until 22.00hrs and wait for clients when flights are delay.

Do you accept credit cards for payment on airport shuttles ?

We may accept Visa, Master or American Express credit cards with a minor surcharge as long as clients let us know in advance. Cash is the most common way to pay.

What if my flight is dalay?

Every flight is monitored through technology to make sure we do not miss customers on your arrivals.

Are the vehicles used insured and authorized to do pickups at airports?

Our minibuses are all insured and legally registered to operate private transportation countrywide through CTP and ICT.

Does the shuttle stops on route?

Our service is never strict on schedule and time is allowed to stop at grocery stores, restrooms and restaurants on long trips.

Do I need to make a reservation to get picked up at the airport?

Yes you do, it is better to have a company or a reliable driver waiting for you. Otherwise, you arrival experience could be a bad way to start your vacation.

How do I book a return trip from the hotel to the airport?

You can make two reservations , book a round trip or just confirm with our driver your way back to the airport.

Is driver gratuity included in the pricing?

Gratuities or tips are not mandatory . it is up to you to give them to drivers.

Where do I meet my driver?

Spotting the driver should be easy if you look for uniformed staff and a sign with your name on a board right outside the airports. Do not accept help from strangers and call our emergency numbers on the vouchers( 506-8874-1460 / 8826-3585 /8849 4657).
