1. What do I need to make a Costa Rica taxi reservation for airport pickups?
Simply provide your flight itinerary, including airline and flight number, when booking through our online reservation system. You’ll receive an instant confirmation.
2. What airports do you serve?
We provide private shuttle services daily from Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR) in Guanacaste and Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) in San José. Shuttle reservations are available year-round when pre-booked.
3. Do you go to remote or restricted destinations?
For safety and accessibility reasons, we do not serve areas such as Limón downtown, Talamanca, Drake Bay, Corcovado, Los Chiles, or Caño Negro accommodations.
4. What is the maximum number of passengers per private transfer?

Up to 5 passengers travel at the regular shuttle rate. Each additional passenger costs $15.

We do not exceed 10 passengers in our 16-seat minibuses to ensure comfort.

For 11–23 passengers, we recommend booking a Toyota Coaster or similar.

For 24–35 passengers, a charter bus is the best choice.
5. What hours do you operate?
Our team is available from 4:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. Don’t worry if your flight is delayed — our taxi drivers wait for you.
6. Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we can accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through PayPal (a small surcharge applies). Please notify us in advance. Cash is also accepted, and many guests prefer this option.
7. What happens if my flight is delayed?
No stress — we use flight monitoring technology to track arrivals in real time and ensure your driver is there when you land.
8. Are the vehicles insured and authorized for airport pickups?
Yes, all of our vehicles are insured, legally registered, and authorized by the CTP and ICT for airport transfers across Costa Rica.
9. Can the San José airport shuttle stop along the way?
Absolutely! Private transfers are flexible. We’re happy to stop for grocery shopping, restroom breaks, or a meal on your route.
10. Do I need a reservation to get picked up at the airport?
Yes. Having a pre-booked driver ensures a smooth, stress-free arrival. Without a reservation, you risk long waits, higher taxi fares, or unreliable service.
11. How do I book a return trip to the airport?
You can either:

Confirm your departure transfer directly with your driver.
12. Is driver gratuity included in the fare?
Tips are not included and are never mandatory. However, if your driver delivers excellent service, a gratuity is always appreciated.
13. Can I prepay for my service?
Yes, you may choose to:

For partial payments, simply bring cash to cover the balance.
14. Where do I meet my driver?
At the airport, look for your driver just outside the arrival hall holding a sign with your name. At hotels, our drivers meet you in the lobby wearing a uniform for easy identification.
