Prepayment Ways to Cover Your Transportation.

Costa Rica Ground Transfers allows credit card payment ways through Visa, Master, or American Express via PayPal to secure Liberia shuttle reservations as full prepayment options for advanced San Jose taxi bookings with a minor surcharge.

 

Some of the shuttle drivers may carry POS in the vehicles as a choice to pay for travel services with a minor surcharge. Any charges on POS must be pre-authorized by operation managers.

Partial Payment as a Convenient Alternative

If you are the type of person who does not like to pay the entire amount all at once but still want to keep possession of a portion of the money to encourage the service provider to finish the taxi service, Costa Rica Ground Transfers allows also partial payments through PayPal (35%) to place private transfer service orders in typical business contexts, with the rest of the money delivered once the taxi service is satisfactorily completed. Cash is preferred for the remainder.

Prices quoted are per vehicle except in cases of booking shared shuttle services.

Any charges are processed at the time of booking as prepayment options when requested by customers and are refundable following the terms outlined in our cancellation policy (Paypal).

Cash payments are allowed at the completion of each Costa Rica shuttle service.

 

Costa Rica Transportation Vouchers

Company-issued vouchers serve as a form of confirmation documentation and the original voucher must be presented to the driver operating the vehicle.

For transfer rides from the airport, a customer may be requested to present the voucher to drivers or customer service representatives.

A voucher serves only as a form of confirmation and does not constitute payment unless it is prepaid by PAYPAL. Customers must still schedule a reservation in advance to ensure pickups.

 

Shuttle Discounts

Discount transportation codes are valid for use while reserving the service via CostaRicaGroundTransfers.com. They cannot be combined with other Costa Rica travel offers.

 

Transfer Receipts

Web-based Costa Rica travel reservations have the option to receive an email confirmation with complete booking and payment details.

For group handling and wire transfers, we may send you a bill so you can pay amounts or deposits directly from your local bank account.

 

Refunds

A full refund will be issued if cancellations take place 24 hours before your transfer services. If we fail to give you service for a particular reason or if we get online payments through PAYPAL for destinations where is difficult to operate with our minibusses.

 

Costa Rica Taxes

 

Starting July 1st, 2023, a 13% IVA tax will be added to quotes.
