We used them for transportation from Arenal to San Jose. On time, friendly, and had a rest stop along the way. Rigoberto was exceptional with coordination and our driver Randall was excellent. We checked credentials and took the ride to Jaco and had a nice visit with our driver. 2nd trip- return to airport: The name and vehicle type matched this time and we had a great visit with Randall on our way back to the airport. He offered to let us stop anywhere to shop or explore if we wanted. Payment: Upon check-out online before leaving the US for CR- I selected the round-trip option online and was given a rate. Later I found out that the rate paid was only for one trip and the return would need to be charged later.
